Help us build and scale the Live Advisor engine and conversation AI platform using Next.js, TypeScript, and LLM APIs. You'll own full feature areas end-to-end — from the real-time audio pipeline to the coaching UI — and make architectural decisions that matter. You'll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with our AI/ML engineer to ship features users love.
Design, train, and continuously improve our real-time coaching models, transcription pipeline, and Personal Brain architecture. You'll shape the core intelligence behind Koachly — how it understands conversations, surfaces insights, and learns from user context over time. You'll work closely with the engineering team to push model output into production at low latency.
Own Koachly's go-to-market strategy, SEO, content engine, and early customer acquisition from the ground up. You'll define the channels that drive growth, build the brand voice, and run experiments that turn awareness into signups. You'll report directly to the CEO and have a seat at the table for product and positioning decisions.
Work hands-on with our first customers to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and ensure they get real value from Koachly fast. You'll be the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product insights, identifying churn signals early, and building the playbooks that will scale the CS function as we grow. You'll collaborate daily with both the product and sales teams.
