Yes. Click View on any call card to open the full call page with the live transcript and all tips so far.

The rep's live score is below 50. Common causes: skipping discovery, missing playbook steps, or handling an objection poorly. You can message the rep directly — they can still adjust before the call ends.

Managers and Owners on the Business plan. Reps do not have access to the team live view — they see only their own coaching panel.

The live dashboard shows what's happening right now — active calls only. Team analytics shows historical trends: score trends over time, skill breakdowns, coaching flags. Use both together.
