- Open Sources and add a document, a web link, a voice note or a chat export.

- Check the meter at the top: it shows how much Koachly knows and the next most useful thing to add.
What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.
What should I gather first?
- Your price sheet and discount rules
- Your top 5 objections with the answers you want reps to give
- Notes on your main competitors
- Anything reps must never say
- 2 or 3 real customer wins you are allowed to mention
The full list, ready to send to your team, is in the Teach Koachly checklist.
How does review and lock-in work?
Every fact starts as a suggestion. Only facts you lock reach live tips, Call prep, practice and scores. If two sources disagree, for example a price sheet that says 15% and a playbook that says 20%, Koachly asks you which one is right.
On Business, reps can suggest team facts and managers lock them. Managers can also add must-not-say rules, so tips never suggest them and calls that use them are flagged.
