How do I upload a price sheet or playbook?
- Open Teach Koachly, then Sources.
- Under Documents, choose Upload a document and pick the file.
- Wait a moment while Koachly reads it, then open Suggestions.
- Lock what is right, edit what is close, reject the rest. Press Done reviewing on the source when you finish.
To add a public page (your pricing page, for example), paste its address under Web link.
Which file types and documents work best?
- PDF with real text (scanned images have no text to read)
- Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx), including speaker notes
- TXT, Markdown and CSV (each row is read with its column names)
Best results: a current price sheet, discount rules, battle cards, objection handling guides, and compliance or brand policies.
What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.

Koachly asks you which is right, for example "Price sheet says 15%, playbook says 20%. Which is right?"
Where is the file kept?
Encrypted in our storage while you need it. Delete the source any time; locked facts stay until you delete them.
