How does the browser extension work?
Install the Koachly extension from the Chrome Web Store or Edge Add-ons. Sign in with your Koachly account. A side panel opens next to your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams tab. Press Start and Koachly listens through your tab — no bot joins the meeting. Tips appear only on your screen.
You can turn on auto-start in extension settings so Koachly starts automatically whenever it detects a meeting tab. See extension auto-start for steps.
How does iPhone phone coaching work?
Open the Koachly iPhone app and go to the Phone tab. Tap Start before a call. Put the call on speaker so the phone mic can hear both sides. Koachly transcribes in chunks every few seconds and shows live tips on screen as you talk.
iOS does not allow apps to capture phone call audio directly. Speakerphone mode is the workaround — it works well in a quiet room. See phone coaching on iOS for full steps.
What can I use today without installing anything?
- Sign up free with your email. No card.
- Open Koachly in Chrome or Edge on your computer and press Start in Live coaching.
- Pick your Zoom, Meet or Teams tab and tick Share tab audio. Tips show as you talk.

When will the Koachly desktop app be ready?
We don't have dates to share yet. Leave your email on the download page, pick the app you want, and we'll tell you when it's ready.
Will the apps use the same account?
Yes. You'll sign in with the same Koachly account. Your calls and scores come with you.
Do the apps cost extra?
No. The apps are part of your Koachly plan. Live coaching hours are shared across the web app and the apps.
