Teach Koachly checklist: what to collect

Before you teach Koachly, collect six things: your price sheet, your discount rules, your top 5 objections with approved answers, competitor notes, a must-not-say list and 2 or 3 real customer wins. Send this page to your team so everyone gathers the same things.

What goes on the Teach Koachly checklist?

  • Price sheet: list prices reps may say out loud, plans and what each includes.
  • Discount rules: the most a rep can offer, for which plans, and who approves more.
  • Top 5 objections with approved answers: what buyers say, and what reps should say back.
  • Competitor notes: who you meet most, and fair, true reasons customers pick you.
  • Must-not-say list: promises, guarantees or claims reps must never make.
  • 2 or 3 real customer wins: only real ones, with what you are allowed to share.

How do I share the checklist with my team?

Use Copy link on this page and send it in your team chat. On Business, a manager can also press Send setup guide to my team in Teach Koachly, which emails each teammate this checklist and a direct link.

What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.

Questions people ask

Do we need everything before we start?

No. Start with the price sheet and your top objections. Koachly shows what is still missing.

Can we use made-up examples?

No. Only real customer wins and real rules. Koachly never invents customers or numbers, and neither should a playbook.
