How do I download my Gemini Apps activity?
- Go to Google Takeout (takeout.google.com) while signed in to the Google account you use with Gemini.
- Choose Deselect all, then select My Activity.
- Open the activity options for My Activity, deselect everything and keep only Gemini Apps. If you can choose a format, JSON or HTML both work.
- Go to the next step and create the export. Google emails you when it is ready.
- Download the .zip. In Koachly, open Teach Koachly, then Sources, pick Gemini and upload the .zip or the MyActivity file from the Gemini Apps folder.

Work accounts: your Google Workspace admin may turn Takeout or Gemini activity off. If you can't find it, ask your admin, or check current setup in Gemini.
What does Koachly do with Gemini activity?

Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.
Only you can see what you upload in your personal space. On a team, managers see team sources. Koachly picks the chats that are about selling and ignores the rest; nothing is used until you lock it.
You can delete a source at any time in Teach Koachly. Facts you already locked stay until you delete them too.

Does the export include Gemini's answers?
Usually your prompts and Gemini's replies are both there. Koachly suggests facts only from what you wrote about your business.
