Export Copilot activity and teach Koachly from it

How do I download my Copilot chat history?

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and open the Privacy page.
2. Find your Copilot activity (it may sit under app and service activity) and choose to download or export it.
3. Download the file. If you get a .zip, unzip it.
4. In Koachly, open Teach Koachly, then Sources, pick Microsoft Copilot and upload the CSV or JSON file.
5. Open Suggestions and lock the facts that are right.

Microsoft names these menus differently over time. If you can't find the export, check current setup in Copilot. Microsoft 365 Copilot at work keeps chats in your company's systems; ask your IT team, or copy the useful chat and use Paste a chat.

What does Koachly do with Copilot activity?

What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.

Only you can see what you upload in your personal space. On a team, managers see team sources. Koachly picks the chats that are about selling and ignores the rest; nothing is used until you lock it.

You can delete a source at any time in Teach Koachly. Facts you already locked stay until you delete them too.
