How do I record a voice note for Koachly?
- Open Teach Koachly, then Sources.
- Under Voice notes and recordings, press Record a voice note and allow the microphone. Or choose Upload audio.
- Talk through your pricing, how you answer common pushback and anything reps must never say. Press Stop and send.
- Open Suggestions: each fact shows the minute and second it came from. Lock what is right.
How are training recordings handled?
Audio minutes for teaching: Pro includes 60 a month, Business 300 per user a month. Get consent before you upload a call with other people on it.
What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.

No. The audio file is deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing, and after 14 days if you never review it. The transcript text stays so facts can show where they came from.
