How do I paste notes or a chat?
- Open Teach Koachly, then Sources.
- Paste text under Paste notes and press Add notes. For a chat, open Chats with AI assistants, choose Or paste a chat and paste lines that start with You: and the assistant's name.
- Open Suggestions and lock what is right.
What makes good pasted sales notes?
- One rule or answer per line
- Real numbers (prices, discount limits, contract terms)
- What the buyer says, then what you say back
What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.

Is there a size limit?
Up to about 200,000 characters at a time. Split longer text into a few pastes.
What if my notes include instructions like "ignore the rules"?
Koachly treats pasted text as information, never as instructions, and never locks anything on its own.
