How does the free live coaching call work?
- Every account gets one live coaching call of up to 30 minutes. It isn't a trial: no clock, no card.
- Short tests, like checking your mic, don't use it up if they end within 2 minutes. Their minutes still count toward the 30.
- You can start it up to 5 times in total.
- After that call, Live coaching is on Pro and Business. Uploads, practice and scores keep working on Free.
How do extra live coaching hours work?

- Top-ups are a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Extra hours are used only after the month's included hours run out.
- They roll over from month to month until you use them. The meter in the app shows what's left.
How can I pay? Can I pay with Link?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Pay by card or with Link, Stripe's saved-payment option. Koachly never sees or stores your full card number. Change your card in Settings → Plan & billing.
How do upgrades, downgrades, invoices and cancelling work?
- Upgrade: starts right away. You get credit for the unused part of your current plan.
- Downgrade: starts at the end of your billing period. Your calls and scores stay.
- Invoices: every charge has a PDF invoice in Settings → Plan & billing.
- Cancel: from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep paid features until the period ends, then move to Free. Your account isn't deleted.
- Yearly: pay 12 months up front and save 20%. Pro is $468 per user a year, Business $948.
- Nonprofits: registered charities and schools can get 20% off. See the nonprofit discount.
Questions people ask
Is there a free trial of Pro or Business?
No. There are no trials. Everyone starts on Free, which includes one 30-minute live coaching call per account, so you can try live tips on a real call first.
What does per user mean?
You pay for each person on the plan. Three reps on Pro cost $147 a month. Add or remove people any time and your bill updates.
Do extra live hours expire?
No. Extra hours roll over until you use them. They are used only after your included monthly hours run out.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings, with no fees. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
