Koachly MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot

How do I connect Koachly in Claude?

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
2. Choose Add custom connector. Name it Koachly and paste https://koachly.ai/api/mcp as the server URL.
3. Choose Connect and sign in to Koachly. Pick the workspace and press Allow.
4. In a chat, turn on the Koachly connector and say "send the useful parts of this chat to Koachly".

On Claude Team and Enterprise, an owner may need to add the connector for the organization first.

How do I connect Koachly in ChatGPT?

• Open Settings in ChatGPT and find the apps or connectors section.
• If custom connectors are off, turn on developer mode in the advanced settings (your workspace admin may need to allow it).
• Create a new connector: name Koachly, server URL https://koachly.ai/api/mcp, authentication OAuth.
• Sign in to Koachly when asked and press Allow. In a chat, add the Koachly connector and ask it to send facts to Koachly.

How do I connect Koachly in Gemini or Microsoft Copilot?

• Gemini Enterprise: an admin adds a custom MCP server with the address https://koachly.ai/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP) and OAuth sign-in. Check current setup in Gemini.
• Gemini CLI: add Koachly to the mcpServers list in your settings with httpUrl set to https://koachly.ai/api/mcp; it signs in with OAuth.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio: in your agent, add a tool, choose Model Context Protocol, enter https://koachly.ai/api/mcp and OAuth 2.0. Check current setup in Copilot.
• Any other MCP app: use the same address. Koachly supports Streamable HTTP over HTTPS, OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration.

What can the connector do, and what can't it?

• save_conversation_to_koachly: "send this chat to Koachly". A short summary plus the facts, labelled with the assistant's name.
• add_knowledge: suggest one fact.
• search_knowledge and list_pending_suggestions: read what Koachly knows and what waits for review.
• get_call_prep: read your saved Call prep.

It can never lock facts, change settings or read your calls. These assistants don't let other apps read your chats automatically; nothing syncs in the background. Disconnect any time in Teach Koachly under AI assistants, or in Settings under Signed-in apps.

What Koachly does with itKoachly reads it and suggests facts, each with where it came from. You review them and lock the ones that are right; only locked facts are used in tips, Call prep, practice and scores. Audio files are deleted 3 days after you finish reviewing. Sources you never review are deleted after 14 days. Koachly never trains AI models on your data.
