How do I upload a call?
- Open your calls list from the sidebar and click Upload.
- Drag your file in, or click to pick it.
- Give the call a clear name, like "Acme, first call". It helps Koachly judge the call the right way.
- If several people spoke, pick which one is you, so the score and fixes are about you.
- Start the upload. Short calls are ready in a minute or two; long ones take a few minutes more.
- Check who spoke and the call language, then click Looks right, save this call. Until you do, the call is waiting for you to confirm.
Which supported file types and sizes can I upload?

How many upload minutes do I get each month?

Each upload counts as one call. Practice calls with AI buyers don't count. Minutes reset each calendar month.
What do I get back after an upload?
- A transcript with who said what. You can rename speakers on the call page.
- A Call score from 0 to 100 across five skills: Clarity, Questions, Momentum, Empathy and Deal risk (the one where lower is better).
- 3 fixes, each tied to a moment you can jump to.
- On Pro and up: call highlights, a drafted follow-up email and a recap you can send to your CRM or Slack.
TipClear sound gives better results. A headset or a quiet room helps. Speakerphone in a car or busy office is harder to understand.
What happens to the audio file after an upload?
If you upload a recording, you review it first. After you confirm, the audio file is deleted within 3 days. Unconfirmed uploads are deleted after 14 days. Koachly reminds you in the app and by email before an unconfirmed upload is deleted. Your transcript, Call score and 3 fixes stay after the audio file is gone.
Questions people ask
Why did my upload fail?
The most common reasons are a file over 500 MB or 4 hours, a format Koachly doesn't accept, or no upload minutes left this month. Try a smaller or shorter file, or convert it to MP3 or M4A.
What if Koachly can't score a call?
Koachly shows that it couldn't score the call and lets you try again. It never shows a made-up score.
Can I delete an uploaded call?
Yes. Delete it from the call page. If its audio file is still stored, it is deleted right away too.
