How do I set up Koachly?
- Go to Start free and sign up with your email. No credit card.
- Answer the short setup questions: your role, what you sell and who you sell to. Koachly uses this so tips sound like your job, not a generic script.
- Open What Koachly knows about you and add anything else that helps: your product in one line, common pushback, words you like to use. You can edit or delete any note later.
- Pick your first step: start Live coaching before your next Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call, or upload a recording you already have.
- After the call, open your Call score: a score from 0 to 100 and 3 fixes for next time.
TipFree includes one 30-minute live coaching call, once per account. Save it for a real call with a real buyer, so you see what the tips are like when it matters.
What should I try first on the Free plan?
The Free plan has no time limit. It includes 5 calls a month, 60 minutes of recording uploads a month, call transcripts, basic scores and Practice with an AI buyer. A good first week looks like this:

What do I need to set up my first live coaching call?
- A computer with Chrome or Edge. Phones and tablets can't share call audio with a web page.
- Your call open in a browser tab (Zoom, Google Meet or Teams on the web), or a desktop call app on Windows if you share your screen with sound.
- A microphone. Headphones are fine: Koachly hears the buyer through the shared tab, not through your speakers.

How do I invite my team?
Teams need Pro (up to 5 users) or Business (up to 25 users). Open Team in the app, click invite and enter work emails. Each person gets a link to join. Managers on Business also get Coach my team and the Team playbook. See plans and billing for how per-user pricing works.
Questions people ask
Do I need to install anything to use Koachly?
No. Koachly runs in Chrome or Edge on a computer. A desktop app, a browser extension and phone apps are coming soon, and you will sign in to them with the same account.
Does the buyer need to install or accept anything?
They don't install anything, and only you see the tips. No bot joins your call. Koachly listens on your side, and you tell the other person you use a coaching tool. Ask if it's OK, and follow the recording and consent rules where you and the buyer are ([consent on calls](/help/privacy)).
Is there a free trial?
No trials. Everyone starts on the Free plan, which has no time limit and includes one 30-minute live coaching call per account.
