Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
How much revenue you keep from existing customers over a period, counting both growth and losses. Start with their revenue at the beginning, add upsells and cross-sells, then subtract downgrades and churn. Divide by the starting revenue. Over 100% means existing customers now spend more than before.
Used in a sentence
Even with some churn, the team's NRR stayed above 100% because many customers upgraded.
