What we know

PS

Priya Shah, VP of Sales at Northwind

40 reps · hiring 12 this year

  • •New reps take about 4 months to ramp.

What to ask

  • 1.How long does it take a new rep to close their first deal?
  • 2.What have you tried to speed that up?

What they might push back on, and what to say

“It's more than we budgeted.”

Say: Ask what they're comparing it to. Then show the cost of a 4-month ramp.

What success looks like

Priya agrees to a 5-rep pilot and books a date to review it.
