The Koachly sales coaching API

REST API, outbound webhooks and native integrations — three ways to connect your stack to Koachly call data.

Integration options

Three ways to integrate

Pull data

REST API

Read calls, contacts and scores from any backend. Authenticate with a Bearer token from Settings → API Keys.

Push events

Outbound Webhooks

Koachly POSTs a JSON payload to your URL when a call is scored, completed or a contact is created.

No code

Native Integrations

Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and more from Settings → Connections. No API key needed.

REST API

Endpoints

Base URL: https://koachly.ai — all endpoints require HTTPS.

Authentication

Authorization: Bearer sk_live_…

Obtain your key in Settings → API Keys. Never expose secret keys in client-side code.

MethodPathDescriptionScope
GET/api/v1/callsList all calls for the authenticated user.calls:read
GET/api/v1/calls/:idRetrieve transcript, score and tips for a single call.calls:read
GET/api/v1/contactsList contacts synced from your connected CRM.contacts:read
GET/api/v1/meReturns profile and plan info for the current key holder.profile:read

Example

     https://koachly.ai/api/v1/calls

Rate limits

100 requests per hour per API key. Responses include X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset headers.

Outbound Webhooks

Events

Koachly sends a POST request to your endpoint URL within seconds of each event.

call.scored

A call score (0–100) has been computed.

{
  "event": "call.scored",
  "call_id": "cl_1a2b3c",
  "score": 74,
  "scored_at": "2026-10-21T09:14:00Z"
}

call.completed

A live call session ends and the transcript is ready.

{
  "event": "call.completed",
  "call_id": "cl_1a2b3c",
  "duration_s": 1843,
  "completed_at": "2026-10-21T09:12:00Z"
}

contact.created

A new contact is created or synced from a CRM.

{
  "event": "contact.created",
  "contact_id": "co_9x8y7z",
  "name": "Alex Rivera",
  "created_at": "2026-10-21T08:00:00Z"
}

Configure your webhook URL in Settings → Webhooks. Koachly signs every request with a shared secret — verify the X-Koachly-Signature header before processing.

FAQ

Developer questions

Go to Settings → API Keys in your Koachly portal. You can create, rotate or revoke keys at any time. Keep secret keys server-side — never commit them to a public repository.

Not yet. You can use the outbound webhooks with Zapier's Webhook trigger today. A native Zapier app is on our roadmap.

All timestamps are ISO 8601 strings in UTC, for example 2026-10-21T09:14:00Z.
