Koachly

FeaturesAutomation & Webhooks

Connect Koachly to anything — Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own code

Send call scores, summaries, and coaching flags to any tool the moment a call ends. No-code sales coaching automation via webhooks, or pull data directly via the REST API.

REST API and webhooks available on Pro and above.

Koachly REST API

Three ways to connect

  1. 01

    Zapier, Make, n8n

    Webhook URL

Paste a webhook URL from Zapier, Make or n8n into Koachly settings. Every time a call ends, Koachly posts the event — score, transcript summary, contact info — to your URL. No code required.

  2. 02

    Developers

    REST API

Pull call scores, contact records, and coaching notes into your own systems via the Koachly REST API. Authenticated with a long-lived API key. Full JSON responses, versioned endpoints.

  3. 03

    One-click connectors

    Native integrations

HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive connect in one click from the Integrations page. No webhook to configure — Koachly handles the mapping and sync automatically.

Zapier sales coaching

Set up in 60 seconds

Four steps from zero to a working Zapier connection.

  1. 01

Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks

Open Koachly portal settings. Find the Webhooks section under Integrations.

  2. 02

Create a Zap (or a Make scenario)

In Zapier, create a new Zap with "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger. Copy the unique webhook URL it gives you.

  3. 03

Paste the webhook URL into Koachly

Paste the URL into the Koachly webhook field and click Save. That's it — Koachly will fire a POST request to Zapier at the end of every coached call.

  4. 04

Run a test call to confirm it works

Start a short call with Koachly coaching active. End the call. Zapier will receive the event in seconds. Complete your Zap from there.

Sales coaching integrations automation

Example automations

Real things you can do the day you connect Koachly.

  • Create a HubSpot deal when score ≥ 80

Filter on score, then send deal data to HubSpot. High-scoring calls often signal strong buying intent — log them immediately.

  • Post a call summary to Slack

Send every post-call summary to a #deal-review Slack channel so the whole team can see what happened without opening the portal.

  • Add a follow-up task in Asana or Notion

When a coaching flag fires on a call (missed discovery step, price objection), auto-create a coaching task for the manager to review.

  • Log call scores in Google Sheets

Append every call score to a spreadsheet for custom reporting. No SQL, no BI tool — just a live spreadsheet your team already uses.

FAQ

Questions about automation and webhooks

Yes. Koachly fires an outbound POST request to any webhook URL when a call ends. The payload includes the call score, contact data, channel (Zoom, Meet, phone), coaching flags, and a summary. Zapier, Make, n8n and any custom endpoint all work.

At koachly.ai/developers. You'll find endpoint references, authentication instructions, and code examples. An API key is available from Settings → Developer.

Yes. You can set filters in Zapier or Make on your side — e.g. only process calls where score is below 60. Koachly fires the event for every coached call; your automation logic decides what to do with it.

Currently only post-call events. The webhook fires once Koachly finishes scoring and generating the summary, typically within 60 seconds of the call ending.
