Koachly + Make — build a scenario for every scored call.

Use Make's visual no-code builder to turn Koachly coaching data into fully automated workflows. The moment a call is scored, Make can update your CRM, notify your team and trigger any other app you need.

Uses Make's Webhooks module — available on all Make plans.

How it works

Three steps to your first scenario.

Uses the Make Webhooks module. No coding required — Make auto-detects the payload after your first test event.

  1. 1

Add a Webhooks module to your scenario

In Make.com, create a new scenario and add a Webhooks module as the trigger. Choose Custom webhook. Make generates a unique URL for this scenario.

  2. 2

    Copy the webhook URL

Copy the URL from the Make Webhooks module. Paste it into Koachly next. Make listens on this URL and starts your scenario each time Koachly sends an event.

  3. 3

Paste in Koachly Settings → Automations

In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook and paste the URL. Select the events you want to send — for example call.scored — then save. Send a test event to let Make auto-detect the data structure.

Payload

What Make receives.

Make auto-maps every field after you send a test event. Use them directly as variables in the rest of your scenario.

After you save the webhook in Koachly, click Send test event on the same settings page. Make detects the structure and you can use every field as a variable in downstream modules right away.

Example scenarios

Three scenarios you can build now.

Each starts with the Koachly webhook and routes call data to the apps your team already uses.

  • Trigger: call.scored

    Update a HubSpot deal stage

When a call scores above a threshold Make looks up the HubSpot deal and moves it to the next stage, adds a note with the score and creates a task for the top fix.

  • Trigger: call.scored

    Send a Slack coaching digest

Make formats the score, rep name, call title and top fix into a clean Slack message, then posts it to your coaching channel so managers see every call result as it happens.

  • Trigger: contact.created

Enrol the contact in an ActiveCampaign sequence

When Koachly creates a contact Make checks ActiveCampaign, creates them if missing and enrols them in your post-call nurture sequence with the call title as a custom field.

FAQ

Koachly + Make, answered.

Not yet. You connect today using the Make Webhooks module (Custom webhook). Paste the URL Make gives you into Koachly Settings → Automations. The webhook delivers the same data a native app would.

In Make, add a Webhooks module (Custom webhook) as your scenario trigger. Copy the URL. In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook and paste the URL. Choose the events to send and save. Send a test event from Koachly so Make can detect the payload structure automatically.

Koachly fires call.scored when a call finishes scoring and contact.created when a new contact is added. More events are on the roadmap. See /developers for the full payload reference.

Yes. The Make webhook URL is a private secret known only to Koachly. All requests travel over HTTPS. If you rotate the URL in Make, paste the new one in Koachly Settings.
