Koachly + Zapier — trigger a Zap every time a call is scored.

Connect Koachly to 6,000+ apps. When a rep finishes a scored call Koachly fires a webhook. Zapier picks it up and updates your CRM, posts to Slack or kicks off any other automation you need — without code.

No Zapier app required — works with Webhooks by Zapier today.

How it works

Three steps to your first Zap.

Uses Webhooks by Zapier — the Catch Hook trigger that every Zapier plan includes.

  1. 1

Create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier

In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger. Select Catch Hook. Zapier generates a unique webhook URL.

  2. 2

    Copy the webhook URL

Copy the URL Zapier provides. You will paste it into Koachly in the next step. The URL is unique to this Zap and receives every event you choose.

  3. 3

Paste in Koachly Settings → Automations

In Koachly, open Settings, then Automations. Add a new webhook, paste the URL and choose the events to send. Save. Koachly fires the webhook when each event occurs.

Example Zaps

Four Zaps you can build in minutes.

Each uses call.scored or contact.created as the trigger. Copy the idea and adapt it to your stack.

  • Trigger: call.scored

Create a HubSpot task from the top fix

When a call is scored Koachly sends the score and the top fix to Zapier, which creates a task on the HubSpot contact so nothing is forgotten.

  • Trigger: call.scored

Post a Slack message with the score

Score lands in Slack the moment the call ends. Include the rep's name, call title, overall score and top fix so managers see wins and gaps in real time.

  • Trigger: contact.created

Enrol the contact in an ActiveCampaign sequence

When Koachly creates a contact after a scored call, Zapier finds or creates them in ActiveCampaign and enrols them in your post-call nurture sequence.

  • Trigger: call.scored (score < 60)

Open a Salesforce coaching task for low scores

Add a filter step in Zapier for scores below 60. Zapier opens a Salesforce task on the rep's record so managers catch reps who need extra coaching early.

FAQ

Koachly + Zapier, answered.

Not yet. You connect today by adding a Webhooks by Zapier trigger in your Zap and pasting the URL into Koachly Settings → Automations. The webhook works the same as a native app trigger.

In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier (Catch Hook) as the trigger. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you. In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook and paste the URL. Choose the events to send and save. That is the whole setup.

Koachly fires call.scored when a call finishes scoring and contact.created when a new contact is added after a call. More events are on the roadmap. See /developers for the full list.

Yes. The Zapier webhook URL is secret and only Koachly sends to it. All requests go over HTTPS. If you rotate the URL in Zapier you just paste the new one in Koachly. No credentials are stored or shared.

Ready to automate your coaching workflows?

Paste a Zapier webhook URL in Koachly Settings → Automations and your first Zap fires on the next scored call.
