For technical teams that run their own infrastructure. Connect Koachly to n8n with a Webhook node and route call-scoring data to any system: your database, CRM, data warehouse or internal tools — all on your own servers.

How it works

Three steps to your first workflow.

Uses the built-in n8n Webhook node — no extra modules needed on any n8n plan.

    Add a Webhook node to your workflow

    In n8n, create a new workflow and add a Webhook node as the trigger. Set the HTTP method to POST. n8n generates a unique production URL for this workflow.

  2. 2

    Copy the production webhook URL

    Copy the Production URL from the n8n Webhook node. Activate the workflow so n8n starts listening. You will paste this URL into Koachly next.

  3. 3

    Paste in Koachly Settings → Automations

    In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook and paste the URL. Choose the events — for example call.scored — then save. Koachly fires the webhook and n8n runs the rest of your workflow.

Payload

What n8n receives.

n8n parses the JSON body automatically. Reference any field as {{ $json.data.score }} in downstream nodes.

All fields arrive as a flat JSON body inside the n8n Webhook node. Use the IF node to branch on score, the Code node to transform data, and any built-in integration node to write it where you need it.

Three workflows you can build now.

Each starts with the Koachly Webhook node. Add your own logic, conditions and destinations.

  • Trigger: call.scored

    Log scored calls to your database

    Write call scores, rep IDs and top fixes to your own Postgres, MySQL or Airtable table. Keep coaching data on your infrastructure and query it however you like.

  • Trigger: call.scored

    Post a coaching summary to Slack

    n8n formats the score, call title and top fix and sends a Slack message to your coaching channel. Add a condition step to filter only the calls that need manager attention.

  • Trigger: contact.created

    Sync new contacts to your CRM or data warehouse

    When Koachly creates a contact n8n looks them up in your CRM, creates or updates the record and can fan out to BigQuery, Snowflake or any other destination in the same workflow.

Full API and webhook docs

Not yet. You connect today using the standard n8n Webhook node. Paste the Production URL n8n gives you into Koachly Settings → Automations. The webhook delivers the full Koachly payload to your workflow.

In n8n, create a workflow with a Webhook node (POST method) as the trigger. Activate the workflow so it listens. Copy the Production URL. In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook, paste the URL and choose your events. Save. Koachly sends the next event to n8n automatically.

Koachly sends call.scored when a call finishes scoring and contact.created when a new contact is added after a call. More events are planned. The full payload spec is at /developers.

Yes. As long as your n8n instance is reachable over HTTPS, Koachly can send events to it. This makes n8n a strong choice for teams that need all automation logic to stay inside their own infrastructure.
