Uses Pabbly's built-in Webhook trigger. No extra add-ons required.

    Add a Webhook trigger in Pabbly Connect

    In Pabbly Connect, create a new workflow and choose Webhook as the trigger app. Pabbly generates a unique capture URL for this workflow.

    Copy the capture URL

    Copy the webhook URL from Pabbly. You will paste it into Koachly in the next step. Pabbly waits for the first event to detect your data structure.

    Paste in Koachly Settings → Automations

    In Koachly, open Settings → Automations, add a webhook, paste the URL and choose the events to send. Save. Send a test event from Koachly so Pabbly maps the fields. Then add your action apps.

Pabbly maps the fields automatically after you send a test event. Use them in your action apps without any extra configuration.

After saving the webhook in Koachly, click Send test event. Pabbly captures the payload and lists every field for you to map in the action app of your choice.

    When a call is scored Pabbly looks up the HubSpot contact and creates a task with the top fix as the title, so every coaching insight becomes an action item — no per-task charges.

    Post a Slack message with the score

    Pabbly formats the rep name, call title, overall score and top fix into a Slack message and posts it to your coaching channel the moment the call finishes scoring.

Full API and webhook docs

Not yet. You connect today using Pabbly's Webhook trigger. Paste the capture URL Pabbly gives you into Koachly Settings → Automations. The webhook delivers the same data a native app would.

Pabbly Connect charges a one-time or annual fee with no per-task pricing. If you run a high volume of scored calls and want to keep automation costs flat, Pabbly is worth comparing. The connection to Koachly works the same way.
